Job description
The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Manager in managing the First Milk Cheese Company business in selected accounts. There will be agreed targets for volume, turnover and profit, that will guide you to help the Commercial Team deliver both Branded and Retailer Brand business plans for: range, distribution and promotions.
The Commercial Executive will help build effective business relationships at appropriate levels, networking cross functionally to help identify opportunities to control, develop and drive the business.
For this position you will manage and implement key customer activities through the FMCC processes e.g. new products, packaging changes, promotional activity, update forecasts in conjunction with the FMCC supply chain team, ensure customer records are accurate and kept up to date, manage IFS project and documents and attend weekly change management meetings to ensure effective implementation of key customer activities. This will be under the direction of the Commercial Manager.
You will run retail link reporting internally and externally, be responsible for in-store waste management analysis and support our retailer

First Milk Cheese Company (FMCC) are seeking to appoint a Commercial Executive. This is a permanent position, and although based at one of the above sites, flexibility to travel is essential.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience in FMCG sales or customer support. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to demonstrate previous experience of relationship building is vital. In addition, a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel, is required and 'A level' or 'Higher' Maths (or equivalent) is preferred, as the role will involve analysis of numbers and calculations.
A current UK driving licence (or one which enables driving in the UK) is essential due to travel to both customers and sites.
These positions report to the Commercial Manager.
